DESE团队2026春节预告：领航组限时开放
各位ACGO平台编程竞赛爱好者：
新春启新程，代码竞锋芒！值此2026年春节之际，DESE团队即将开放领航组，正式启动限时招募预告！领航组的引领者阵营，为兼具顶尖竞赛实力与团队统筹能力的选手，搭建专属的成长与赋能平台。
一、分组核心定位
DESE团队领航组的核心引领单元，肩负三大使命：牵头攻克顶级赛事高难度算法壁垒（如网络流进阶应用、数论综合构造、多维DP优化）；主导ACGO平台大型模拟赛的命题、验题与高质量题解产出；带领攻坚小组开展定向集训，沉淀可复制的竞赛实战策略。
二、招募开放时间
每年春节假期（2月15日-23日） 正式开通申请通道，实时审核报名材料，节后3个工作日公布最终录取名单，随即启动首期领航专项集训。
注：在领航组正式开放之前，将提前开放领航预备组，竞赛分需>=1700分才能进入(团长室的成员除外)。
三、准入硬性标准（需同时满足）
1. 赛事硬实力：CSP-S提高组省队及以上、NOIP省级赛前10%、ACM区域赛银牌及以上，或Codeforces Div.1稳定评级、AtCoder ARC 200+分(需发图片和队长私聊)；
2. 实战研发力：ACGO平台累计AC数800+，竞赛分至少达到1850以上(实际竞赛分需>=2200分)，算法类题目占比≥85%，且能独立完成1套完整模拟赛的命题、数据构造与题解编写；
3. 团队领导力：曾担任编程竞赛校队/集训队队长，或主导过至少2场算法专题分享、3次大型模拟赛复盘工作。

DESE Team 2026 Spring Festival Recruitment Announcement: Elite Group - Pilot Subgroup Limited-Time Admission
Dear Programming Competition Enthusiasts on the ACGO Platform:
As the Spring Festival kicks off a new journey and code ignites the spark of competition! On the occasion of the 2026 Spring Festival, the Pilot Subgroup, a core unit under the DESE Team Elite Group, officially launches its limited-time recruitment announcement! Positioned as a leadership camp for the elite echelon, the Pilot Subgroup builds an exclusive growth and empowerment platform for players with both top-tier competition strength and team coordination capabilities.
I. Core Positioning of the Subgroup
The Pilot Subgroup serves as the core leadership unit of the DESE Elite Group, undertaking three key missions: leading the charge to break through high-difficulty algorithm barriers in top-tiercompetitions (such as advanced applications of network flow, comprehensive number theory construction, and multi-dimensional DP optimization); taking charge of proposition, verification, and high-quality problem solution output for large-scale mock contests on the ACGO Platform; leading the assault team to carry out targeted training and accumulate replicable practical competition strategies.
II. Recruitment Opening Period
The official registration channel will be open during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday (annually form February 15th to May 13th). Registration materials will be reviewed in real time during the holiday, and the final admission list will be announced within 3 working days after the holiday, followed by the launch of the first phase of pilot special training.
Note: Prior to the official opening of the Pilot Subgroup, the Pilot Preparatory Group will be opened in advance. Only those with a competition score of ≥1700 points are eligible for entry (excluding members of the Leader's Office).
III. Mandatory Admission Criteria (Must Meet All Requirements)
1. Competition Hard Power: CSP-S Improvement Group provincial team or above, top 10% in NOIP provincial competitions, silver medal or above in ACM regional competitions, or stable Codeforces Div.1 rating, AtCoder ARC 200+ points.
2. Practical R&D Capability: Accumulated 800+ AC problems on the ACGO Platform, with algorithm-related problems accounting for ≥85%, and the ability to independently complete proposition, data construction, and problem solution writing for a full set of mock contests.
3. Team Leadership: Having served as the captain of a school programming competition team/training team, or led at least 2 algorithm-themed sharing sessions and 3 large-scale mock contest review sessions.
Lead the competition track with code, and forge peaks with strength! The DESE Team looks forward to standing side by side with all top players to jointly write a brand-new chapter in programming competitions in the 2026 Spring Festival!
